The words "SOSHAKU" is double-meaning of "biting" and "understanding well". I draw a sense to the neighborhood through a body with having depended on words. I have not pinched cheeks in a dream. But possibly may feel the pain in a dream because I know the sense of the pain when I pinched cheeks.
